Missing/Delayed Packages

Every package we ship, has some form of shipping insurance on it.  If it has been more than 20 days since your package has shipped, we can file a claim for missing packages. You may be required to fill out a portion of the claim, via a link we provide to you. Once we submit all supporting documents and you complete the link request, we wait for the claim to be processed. Once processed, we will send you a refund for the lost package!

If it has been less than 20 days since the package has shipped please follow the below steps provided by the USPS to help track down your package.

How to Start Your Search

1. Check the Current Status

Before you begin your search, if your package or mail has tracking, check USPS Tracking® to see its current status.


 2. Complete a Help Request Form

The Post Office recommends that you complete their online help request form before you start a missing mail search. Please use a desktop computer to submit your form.

 The Post Office will forward your request to your local Postal facility to help locate any missing items.


3. Submit a Missing Mail Search Request

If after 7 business days from when you submitted your online help request form your mail or package hasn't arrived, submit a Missing Mail search request with the following information:

  • Sender mailing address

  • Recipient mailing address
    Your Address
  • Size and type of container or envelope you used
    Please contact us if you are unsure
    Packages are USPS Padded Envelopes, padded mailers, or Priority Boxes
  • Identifying information such as your USPS Tracking number(s) and the mailing date from your mailing receipt
  • Description of the contents
    Beads for crafts, colors, etc!
  • Pictures that could help us recognize your item
    You may use photos from our website
