ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED. ORDERS WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER- THIS PROVIDES PROTECTION TO BOTH OF US! IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS, PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND LET US KNOW VIA MESSAGE SO THAT WE CAN CANCEL THE FIRST ORDER. WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN OR WILL CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED!

Codes (if applicable) MUST be entered at the time of purchase. We cannot and will not (for any reason) honor any codes after an order has been placed- regardless if it has shipped yet or not! (This means shipping will not be refunded, the cost of shipping will not be subbed with beads, and no additional orders may be placed to put together to reach a code qualification!) Effective immediately: 5/1/18 We are no longer waiving shipping fees for add ons to orders. Therefore- if you wish to add items to your order, you may place another order $100+ to qualify for free shipping again using the proper code, or you may place a smaller order and pay the shipping fee. If existing orders have not shipped, we WILL combine them, and the shipping fees you pay will go toward shipping your items. Shipping will not be refunded for any reason.

**Please note that from time to time... due to the manufacturing process, colors can vary slightly. This means that if you order pale pink solids, from time to time, the color could be slightly darker/lighter depending on the batch! This disclaimer is for all beads in my shop. By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge that slight variances in the beads could happen from time to time and are out of our control!

By purchasing from this company you understand and agree to the following disclosures for pearls: due to manufacturing process- some overspray may slightly cover one or both holes. Simply use a push pin, safety pin, or something similar to push through the opening- and the bead is good to go! We appreciate everyone business! Have a great day!

 

TRACKING: If you're looking to track your order here's how! Log into your account and review your purchases! Click on your purchase from us! If it's shipped, the tracking number will be there! :) SHIPPING QUESTIONS: Package isn't moving--- please call the USPS and provide them with the tracking number. Sometimes that's enough to get it moving! Otherwise, please wait! I know it stinks, but sometimes the USPS just gets swamped!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & SHIPPING FEES: If at the time of checkout, your cart does not calculate enough shipping fees to cover the actual fees to ship your order, we will invoice you for remaining shipping due. Shipping internationally is expensive- due to our already low prices we cannot and will not cover additional money needed for postage internationally. By purchasing from Posh Princess Supply, My Pretty Posh Princess- with the intentions of having your items shipped internationally, you agree to these terms and to pay any additional monies needed to ship your order. Failure to pay any additional monies needed to ship your order will result in a 10% restocking fee upon order cancellation.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: We do not do cancellations or refunds after an order is placed, unless we are sold out of an item. Please only place an order if you are certain you want it. We will not cancel and refund an order for ANY REASON! DISCOUNT CODES MUST BE USED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GO BACK AND REFUND YOU FOR SHIPPING ONCE YOU'VE PLACED THE ORDER. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT THE CODE IN AT CHECKOUT. Once you've placed the order, we are charged the fees on it. We will be charged double fees by processing the refund to you. So it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that you have the discount code put in before you checkout. No exceptions. For any reason. Ever.
