My Pretty Posh Princess only carries the highest of quality items!!! We will do a return (20% restocking fee) if you contact us within 3 days of your items delivery- we agree on a return, and your provide us with a tracking number for your return within 48 hours of contacting us! After 3 days, there are no returns! Shipping fees are your responsibility, and will not be refunded! Returns will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product(s) as long as they are in the SAME condition & quantity as when shipped to you. Lost or damaged packages need to be filed with the USPS. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages! If you wish to purchase insurance to cover these events, please contact My Pretty Posh Supply immediately after purchasing your order! We process orders very quickly, and if you wait to long... it will already be shipped! :) We do not do exchanges. You may return items (at your expense) to receive the refund (minus the restocking fee) and purchase the new items you are needing.
